A major theme park and resort development in the Metro Edmonton area that would celebrate the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of Alberta, offering unique, world-class attractions that draw visitors from across Canada and around the world. 

Currently in the feasibility study phase. It will be several years before this project could be completed.

 This project has the potential to deliver significant benefits for the economy. Creating  thousands of jobs, boosting local businesses,  and creating need for further investment into infrastructure.

Benefits would include:

  • The creation of an expected 2500+ new jobs once operational.
  • Thousands of jobs generated through construction, with an estimated onsite peak workforce of 2000.
  • Increased local employment opportunities.
  • The facilitation of significant infrastructure improvements, including major road and mass transit upgrades.
  • A major boost to tourism, potential that for  every job created, and additional job would be generated elsewhere in the Alberta economy.
  • Partnerships with local education institutions and businesses. Including the integration of this project into post-secondary curriculum.
